Aranyawali Website – Dos & Don'ts
All members are requested to follow the below guidelines while using the Aranyawali Grih Nirman Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit Website and Member Portal. These guidelines will help keep your account, personal information and important documents safe and secure.
✅ DOs – What You Should Do
1. Keep Your Login Information Secure
Do not share your Username/Mobile Number, Password or other login information with anyone.
2. Use a Strong Password
Use a password that is difficult to guess. Avoid using your name, mobile number, date of birth or commonly used passwords.
3. Change Your Password When Necessary
If you believe that someone else may know your password, change it immediately.
4. Use Only the Official Website
Always use the official Aranyawali website when registering or logging into the Member Portal.
5. Check the Website Address
Before entering your login or personal information, check that you are using the correct official website address/domain. Do not enter information on suspicious or unknown websites.
6. Access Documents Carefully
View or download Phase-wise and Common Documents only when required, and keep downloaded documents secure.
7. Always Log Out
If you are using a shared computer, office computer, cyber café or another person's device, always log out after completing your work.
8. Keep Your Registered Mobile Number & Email Secure
Take proper care of the mobile number and email account registered with the portal, as they may be associated with important account-related information.
9. Report Suspicious Activity
If you notice any unknown activity in your account or someone asks for your personal/login information, immediately contact the authorized office/administration of the society.
10. Keep Your Device and Browser Updated
Use an updated web browser and keep your mobile phone/computer and operating system updated for better security.
❌ DON'Ts – What You Should NOT Do
1. Never Share Your Password
Do not share your Member Portal password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be a society employee, administrator or support staff.
2. Never Share Aadhaar/PAN Related OTP
???? VERY IMPORTANT SECURITY ALERT
The Aranyawali Member Portal does NOT ask you for any OTP related to your Aadhaar Card or PAN Card.
If someone calls you and says:
“Your Aadhaar/PAN verification is required for the Aranyawali Portal. Please tell me the OTP.”
DO NOT SHARE THE OTP under any circumstances.
The Society/Aranyawali Website will never ask you to disclose an Aadhaar or PAN OTP over a phone call.
⚠️ NEVER SHARE OTPs
Do not share the following with anyone over a phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or any other communication channel:
Aadhaar OTP
PAN OTP
Bank OTP
UPI OTP
Login OTP
Password
ATM/Debit/Credit Card OTP
Internet Banking OTP
An OTP should never be disclosed to another person.
If an OTP is required as part of a legitimate process, enter it only on the official and secure website/app where you initiated that process.
BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CALLS
Be cautious if anyone claiming to be a society employee, Administrator, Officer or Website Support Staff asks you for:
OTP
Password
Aadhaar Number
PAN Number
Bank Account Details
UPI PIN
Debit/Credit Card Details
CVV
Internet Banking Credentials
Do not share such information.
If you are unsure, end the call and independently contact the society through its official contact details to verify the request.
3. Never Forward an OTP
Do not forward or disclose an OTP received on your mobile through WhatsApp, SMS, phone call or any other medium.
4. Never Share Your UPI PIN
A UPI PIN is not required to receive money. Never enter or share your UPI PIN because someone asks you to do so.
5. Do Not Click Suspicious Links
Do not click unknown or suspicious links received through WhatsApp, SMS, Email or Social Media, especially links asking you to:
Login
Verify your account
Complete Aadhaar/PAN verification
Download documents
Update your account
6. Do Not Install Unknown Applications
If someone calls and asks you to install a screen-sharing, remote-access or other unknown application for “verification” or “support”, do not install it.
7. Do Not Save Your Password on Public Computers
Never save your Member Portal password on a cyber café, shared computer or any device used by other people.
8. Do Not Allow Others to Use Your Account
Your Member Portal account is personal. Do not give your login credentials to another person.
9. Do Not Send Personal Documents to Unknown Persons
Do not share your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Society Documents or other personal documents with unknown persons through WhatsApp, Email or other communication channels.
10. Do Not Rely on Unverified Information
For important information, notices and announcements related to the society, always refer to the official Aranyawali Website and official communications issued by the society.
SPECIAL SECURITY NOTICE
Aranyawali Website Will Never Call You and Ask for an OTP.
The Aranyawali Member Portal does not ask you to provide Aadhaar or PAN related OTPs over the phone.
If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Aranyawali Grih Nirman Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit, the Website or the Member Portal and asks you for an OTP:

☎️ Contact the Society through its official contact details to verify the request
REMEMBER
OTP = Your Security Key
Never share it with anyone.
Password = Private Information
Keep it confidential.
UPI PIN = Never Share
Never disclose your UPI PIN to anyone.
Aadhaar/PAN Information = Handle With Care
Share personal identification information only when genuinely required through an official and secure process.
